I. SYNOVOUS BANK LEASE AGREEMENT - ATM MACHINE - BAY AVENUE PARKING DECK:
Authorization is requested to enter into a lease agreement with
Synovous Bank for installation of a walk up automatic teller machine (ATM) at
Bay Avenue Parking Deck, #4 12th Street, for $150 per month for 60 months,
August 1, 2012 through July 31, 2017. An agenda report, lease agreement and

II. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)- 17TH STREET CROSSWALKS:
Authorization is requested to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with
Midtown, Inc., to participate in the installation of the enhancement crosswalks
at nine intersections at various locations on 17th Street. Total estimated
cost of project is $32,800 and Midtown, Inc., will contribute $15,000. An
agenda report, MOU, letter and resolution are attached.

Scope of RFP
Provide one (1) Landfill Compactor to be used by the Landfill Division. The
specifications listed for this equipment will serve as a guide and is not
directed toward any one particular brand, manufacturer, or vendor. Bid will be
measured on its own merit.
