I. PROBATE COURT NEW HIRE:



Approval is requested to hire a Fiduciary Law Clerk above the Step C

pay grade. The requested pay grade is G20J with a salary of $56,438.01. The

Probate Office has funding in its budget to support the request.





II. RIVERWALK EASEMENTS FROM GEORGIA POWER:



Approval is requested to enter into an agreement with Georgia Power for

certain easements for utilities and maintenance identified as needed for the

construction and completion of the Columbus Riverwalk at the North

Highland/Bibb Mills and City Mills sites.





III. PURCHASES:



Approval is requested of items "A" thru "H":



A. 5-Year Consolidated Plan and 1st Year Annual Action Plan

B. 457 Deferred Compensation Plan (Annual Contract)

C. Automotive Body Repair Services (Annual Contract)

D. Laboratory Services (Annual Contract)

1. Recycling Trailers ? RFB No. 16-0009

Scope of Bid

The Columbus Consolidated Government wishes to purchase six (6) trailers for

the Recycle Center.



2. Pursuit Vehicles ? RFB No. 16-0016

Scope of Bid

The Columbus Consolidated Government wishes to purchase twenty-five (25)

pursuit vehicles. Twenty-four vehicles will be used by staff of the Columbus

Police Department. One (1) vehicle will be used by the Muscogee County Prison.



November 4, 2015

1. Bibb Mill & City Mill Riverwalk Project ? RFB No. 16-0015

Scope of Bid

The project consists of the extension of the existing Riverwalk ? a section at

City Mill and a section at Bibb Mill. These facilities are linear parks

abutting the Chattahoochee River.



2. Emergency Medical Supplies ? RFB No. 16-0018

Scope of Bid

Provide various emergency medical supplies on an ?as needed basis? to include:

Airway Supplies, Intravenous Supplies, Oxygen Delivery Supplies, Bandages,

Exposure Control Supplies, Exam Gloves and other miscellaneous items on an ?as

needed? basis. The contract term will be for two (2) years with the option to

renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.

16-0020

Scope of Bid

A Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 1:30

PM. Vendors shall convene near 4034 Cusseta Road.
