For whomever is planning the agenda for the work session, please put this on

the agenda. I?d like to have a discussion of the schedule. This comes up every

August (since National Night Out is always the first Tuesday) and we?ve had

side conversations but not as a Council.

The caravans will begin to line up at the Columbus Civic Center Parking Lot at

5:00 pm on August 6, 2019. We will depart the Civic Center at 6:00 pm. The

different neighborhoods have until June 21, 2019 to confirm if they will

participate in National Night Out. We give the groups ample amount of time to

decide.

The roster will not be completed until July. I will advise you as soon as it is

completed. The routes are not published to the public. We would love to have

city council members participate.

discussion about cancelling the next Proclamation Council Meeting that

conflicted so that all of us could enjoy seeing our constituents on the
