An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 7007 Hunter Hill Court from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3)
zoning district to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3 w/ conditions) zoning
district.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from SFR3 (Single
Family Residential 3) zoning district to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3 w/
conditions) zoning district:
Beginning at a point located at the south corner of lots 18 and 19 and from
said point running south 86 degrees 38 minutes 58 seconds a distance of 76.20
feet to a point which marks the true point of beginning; thence going south 86
degrees 38 minutes 58 seconds west a distance of 54.80 feet to a point; thence
going north 03 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 115 feet to a
point; thence going north 86 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds east to a point;
thence going south 06 degrees 55 minutes 28 seconds west a distance of 24.17
feet to a point; thence going south 05 degrees 49 minutes 26 seconds west a
distance of 59.12 feet to a point; thence going south 08 degrees 46 minutes 06
seconds east to the point of beginning.
The recommended condition for the above described property is the minimum lot
size shall be 6500 square feet.

held on the 14th day of December, 2010; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the _______ day of _____________, 2010 and
adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said
