WHEREAS, Mr. Joe James, former employee with the Public Services Department,
died on October 20, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mr. James was employed on January 6, 1976, serving
17 years with the Department.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby convey to the family of Mr. Joe James our sincere condolences and
deepest sympathy. Mr. James was an outstanding employee with the Public
Services Department and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Technology Department, died on November 7, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mr. Hodnett was employed on December 5, 1994, serving
over 15 years with the Department.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby convey to the family of Mr. Robert ?Glen? Hodnett our sincere
condolences and deepest sympathy. Mr. Hodnett was an outstanding employee with
