Betsy,
We are scheduled to brief the mayor and council the second Tuesday in July and
answer any questions they may have. We will then place the master agreement on
my agenda for vote the fourth Tuesday in July. This timeline may be different
from what we had planned. I think it is important to brief them first and
answer all questions before we ask them to vote. I apologize for any
inconvenience this change may cause but I believe this approach is best. Let me
know if you have questions or concerns.
