AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY ESTABLISHING
A NO PARKING ANYTIME ZONE ALONG THE NORTH CURB OF HARLEY COURT BEGINNING AT THE
WEST CURB OF FORTSON ROAD AND RUNNING WEST TO THE DEAD END CUL-DE-SAC TO
INCLUDE THE INTERIOR CURB OF SAID CUL-DE-SAC; AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING SAID PARKING RESTRICTIONS; REPEALING
ANY CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION I.
It shall be unlawful to park or rank any vehicle along the following street
segment:
Harley Court - a No Parking Zone along the North curb beginning at the West
curb of Fortson Road and running West to the dead end cul-de-sac to include the
interior curb of said cul-de-sac.
SECTION II.
That official traffic control signs shall be installed indicating the
parking restrictions described here within.
SECTION III.
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held on
the 27th day of November 2012; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the day of ____________ 2012, and adopted at said
meeting by the affirmative vote of members of Council.
