I. AVIATION EASEMENTS - COLUMBUS METROPOLITAN AIRPORT:
Authorization is requested for the acquisition of 5947 Lawson Street, 4149
Desoto Drive, 5570 Merle Avenue and 5947 Cecil Avenue through condemnation to
clear title for Aviation and Noise Easements for the use and operation of the
Columbus Metropolitan Airport. An agenda report, map and four resolutions are
attached.
II. SURPLUS PROPERTY - 5824/5832 MOON ROAD:
Authorization is requested to declare 5824/5832 Moon Road as surplus and
transfer said properties to the Airport Authority in accordance with Section
7-501 of the City Code for appraised value. An agenda report, map and
resolution are attached.
III URBAN MAIN STREET DESIGNATION - UPTOWN COLUMBUS, INC.:
Authorization is requested of a resolution supporting the UPtown Columbus,
Inc., application to the National Trust Main Street Center to achieve
designation for an Urban Main Street City. An agenda report and resolution are
attached.
IV. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE BULLETPROOF VEST PARTNERSHIP:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved
accept a grant from the United States Department of Justice - Bulletproof
Partnership Program for the Columbus Police Department, Muscogee County
Sheriff's Office, and Muscogee County Marshal's Office in the amount of $68,780
to assist in the purchase of body armor. An agenda report and resolution are
attached.
V. EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL GRANT - JUVENILE DRUG COURT:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved
accept a $35,891 from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice
Programs for the operation of a Juvenile Drug Court. An agenda report and
resolution are attached.

VI. QUIT CLAIM DEED ? 43RD STREET POOL:
Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to transfer a closed
and filled swimming pool that consists of 0.16 +/- acres to Columbus Technical
College located on 43rd Street to use as a parking lot. An agenda report, map
and resolution are attached.
VII. QUIT CLAIM DEED- ALLEY ABANDONMENT 49TH ST.:
Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to abandon a
100 ft. x 7.5 ft. alley to the owner of 1006 - 49th St. and 4816 Ingram Avenue
located along the rear of this property. An agenda report map and resolution
are attached.
VIII. QUIT CLAIM DEED - ALLEY ABANDONMENT 11TH AVE:
Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to abandon a 50
ft. x 7.5 ft alley located along the rear of 4827 - 11th Avenue and to execute
a Quit Claim Deed for said property. An agenda report, map and resolution are
attached.

Provide actuarial consulting services primarily for Columbus Consolidated
