An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 8692 Veterans Parkway from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) Zoning
District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby
amended by changing the aforementioned property from SFR1 (Single Family
Residential 1) Zoning District to GC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District:
All that lot, tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED SIX
(6), SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF G.C. CARVER as said lot is shown upon a plat
dated April 30, 1946, made by G.V. Carr & co., Engineers, and recorded in Plat
Book 3, Folio 87, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee
County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the particular location and
dimensions of said lot.
Being property known as 8692 Veterans Parkway, Columbus, Georgia, and being the
same premises conveyed last to Donald E. Enseinger by Quit Claim Deed from
Linda Enseinger Cooke and Richared E. Enseinger dated 9/15/03, filed 9/18/03,
recorded in Deed Book 7083, Page 194, Muscogee County, Georgia records.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 23rd day of February, 2016; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the _______ day of _ , 2016 and
adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said
Council.
