Planning Advisory Commission's Recommendation: Conditional Approval based on the fact that it

is consistent with the future land-use map of the Comprehensive Plan. The

recommended condition is: if said property is used as a recycling collection

center, then said property shall be required to have a wood privacy fence along

the south, east, and west property lines.



Planning Divisions Recommendation: Conditional Approval based on the fact that it is consistent

with the future land-use map of the Comprehensive Plan and it is compatible

with existing land-uses. The recommended condition is the same as that
