I. 2028 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - 5-YEAR UPDATE SHORT TERM WORK PROGRAM:
Approval is requested of the recommended 2028 Comprehensive Plan update
to reflect a new 5-year Short Term Work Program for years 2014-2018 and for
submission of plan to River Valley Regional Commission for review, comments and
recommendations. An agenda report, attachment and resolution are attached.

II. JUVENILE DRUG COURT GRANT:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved,
accept $25,000, or amount otherwise awarded with no local match required from
the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for operation of Muscogee County
Juvenile Drug Court. Additional funds have been made available for January 1,
2014 to June 30, 2014. An agenda report and resolution are attached. Click

Scope of Bid
Provide fire hose in sizes 5?, 3?, 1 ?? and 1?, on an ?as needed basis? to be
utilized by the Columbus Fire & E.M.S. Department of the Columbus Consolidated
Government.
2. Hot Asphalt & General Road Repair Services (Annual Contract) ? RFB No.
14-0018
Scope of Bid
Provide hot asphalt and general road repair services to include: removing old
asphalt, resurfacing roads, asphalt patching, concrete patching, mill
asphalt paving and etc., on an ?as needed? basis, to the Columbus
Consolidated Government (the City). The contract term will be for three years,
with the option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.

1. Roof Replacement at 3950 Schatulga Road ? RFB No. 14-0022
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit is scheduled at 10:00 AM (Eastern) on
Friday, November 1, 2013. Vendors shall convene at the front of the building
located at 3950 Schatulga Road in Columbus, Georgia. Vendors will be allowed a
10-minute grace period. Any vendor who is not present in front of the building
within 10 minutes after the time slated for the beginning of the mandatory
pre-bid conference/site visit shall not be allowed to participate any further
in the bid process.
Written requests for approval of any materials submitted on this project as
"Equals or Substitutes" for the specified material must be submitted prior to
or at the mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit.

Scope of Bid
Provide all labor, equipment and materials to install a new insulated TPO roof
system at 3950 Schatulga Rd, Columbus GA.
