O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - Property located at 3604 Hamilton Road is proposed for
rezoning from RMF1 (Residential Multi Family 1) zoning district to NC
(Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. (4-D-10-Hartin) (Council McDaniel)
The proposed use is for Professional Business Office. The Planning Advisory
Commission recommends conditional approval and the Planning Department
recommends denial. (Delayed two weeks from March 23, 2010) (DEFEATED)
(2) 1st Reading - Property located at 2550 Wynnton Road is proposed for
rezoning from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) zoning district to RO
(Residential Office) zoning district. (8-A-10-White) (Council McDaniel) The
proposed use is for a Place of Worship. The Planning Advisory Commission and
the Planning Department recommend approval.
(3) 1st Reading - Property located at 2622 Wynnton Road & 1315 and 1321 South
Dixon is proposed for rezoning from RMF2 (Residential Multi Family 2) zoning
district to RO (Residential Office) zoning district. (7-A-10-White) (Council
McDaniel) The proposed use is for a Place of Worship. The Planning Advisory
Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.
(4) 1st Reading - Property located at 3606 Woodland Drive is proposed for
rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district to SFR4
(Single Family Residential 4) zoning district. (6-A-10-Richardson) (Council
McDaniel) The proposed use is for single family residential. The Planning
Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.
R E S O L U T I O N S:
(5) A Resolution providing for the levy and collection of an annual ad
valorem tax to provide funds for the payment of the principal and interest on
the $52,015,000 in principal amount of Muscogee County School District
(Georgia) General Obligation Sales Tax Bonds, Series 2010. (Councilor McDaniel)
(6) Expressing appreciation to Mrs. Vanessa D. Bowers upon her
retirement from the Public Services/Solid Waste Collection Division after 15
years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)
(7) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Larry H. Collins upon his retirement
from the Public Services/Recycling Division after over 17 years of service.
