(1) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 4400 South Stadium Drive is

proposed for rezoning from NC Neighborhood Commercial) District to GC (General

Commercial) District. (28-A-06-Hughston) (Councilor McDaniel) (The Planning

Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend approval.)



(2) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 1110 54th Street is proposed for

rezoning from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District to RMF1 (Residential

Multi-Family 1) District. (29-A-06-Abney) (Councilor McDaniel) (The Planning

Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend approval.)



(3) 1st Reading - An Ordinance providing for the levy, assessment, and

collection of taxes for the public school system of Columbus, Georgia; and for

other purposes. (Millage Rate to be supplied by School District)



(4) 2nd Reading - Rezoning property located at 2123 Wesley Drive is proposed

for rezoning from NC Neighborhood Commercial) District to SFR2 (Single Family

Residential 2) District. (26-A-06-Upchurch) (Councilor Allen) (The Planning

Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend approval.)



(5) 2nd Reading - Rezoning property located at 1323 11th Avenue is proposed for

rezoning from GC (General Commercial) District to LMI (Light

Manufacturing/Industrial) District. (27-CA-06-Anker) (Councilor Allen) (The

Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend conditional

approval.)



(6) 2nd Reading - An Ordinance providing for the establishment of taxing

districts, including a county-wide general services district and three (3)

urban services districts and three (3) Business Improvement Districts (BID);

providing for the levy, assessment, and collection of taxes for Columbus,

Georgia within such districts for the year 2006 as provided under the Charter

of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; providing penalties for

violations of the provisions of said ordinance; and for other purposes.

(7) 2nd Reading ? An ordinance authorizing the payment of severance benefits to

employees whose jobs are eliminated as part of the FY2007 Budget Ordinance.

Government of Columbus, Georgia, to revise the permit fee schedule for the

Government of Columbus, Georgia, to revise the permit fee schedule for the

Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia, to revise the permit fee schedule

for an offset to the residential rate for low-income households. (Budget

per mile for authorized use of personal vehicles; specifying car allowances
