A RESOLUTION
No.
WHEREAS, Dr. Joseph G. Surber of Columbus has recently been recognized by
Georgia Trend Magazine as a member of Forty Under Forty;
WHEREAS, Georgia Trend annually recognizes young Georgians who make a
difference through leadership and dedication to family, business, faith and
community;
WHEREAS, Dr. Surber and colleague Jeff Kingsley founded Southeast Regional
Research Group (SERRG), a four-location clinic and multidisciplinary research
facility in Columbus, Savannah, Rincon and Hinesville;
WHEREAS, the company allows practicing doctors to do research and practice
medicine at the same time and provides health care to people in clinical trials
and to those in the surrounding area who need immediate care;
WHEREAS, the accomplishments of Dr. Joseph G. Surber are worthy of special
recognition by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby commend and congratulate Dr. Joseph G. Surber upon being recognized
as a member of Forty Under Forty by Georgia Trend Magazine. Columbus is proud
of his accomplishments and we wish him every success in the future. Let a copy
of this resolution be forwarded to Dr. Joseph G. Surber.
