I. FY2019 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:
Approval is requested to approve the holiday schedule for the FY2019
Budget Year. It is recommended that Monday, December 24, 2018 be designated as
the floating holiday.
II. DONATIONS FOR A COMMUNITY GARDEN AT GALLOPS SENIOR CENTER:
Approval is requested to accept donations in the form of gift
certificates, check, cash and/or labor from sponsors and individuals for the
purpose of building and maintaining a Garden of Giving at Gallops Senior
Center. The main concept of this garden at Gallops Senior Center is to give
Veterans dealing with PTSD a therapeutic activity.
III. FY19 FAMILY CONNECTION GRANT:
Approval is requested to continue to serve as fiscal agent and to
submit an application and, if approved, accept a grant for $48,500, or as
otherwise awarded, from the Georgia Department of Human Services with no local
match required. Approval is also requested to amend the Multi-Governmental
Fund by the amount of the award.

IV. PUBLIC HEARING - MIDLAND COMMONS TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN:
Approval is requested to create a Tax Allocation District Redevelopment
Plan to designate the boundaries of the redevelopment area and tax allocation
district; to establish the last known tax increment base and adopt a
redevelopment plan for the area; to establish the intent to issue and sell tax
allocation bonds as necessary to effectuate the redevelopment of the area; and
for other purpose.
V. PROBATION SERVICES AGREEMENT - JUDICIAL ALTERNATIVES OF GEORGIA, INC.:
Approval is requested for the Chief State Court Judge to enter into a
contract with Judicial Alternatives of Georgia, Inc., (JAG) for probation
services.

Scope of Bid
Provide a comprehensive water management program for the cooling
towers, boilers and closed loop systems operated by Columbus Consolidated
Government. The contract term will be for two (2) years, with the option to
renew for three (3) additional 12-month periods.

Scope of Bid
Provide services for annual clearing of vacant or unoccupied lots,
including cutting and removing grass, weeds, undergrowth and other vegetation,
and removing any and all solid waste for the Department of Inspections and
Code. Bidders may bid on Option 1: Grass Cutting Only; Option 2: Solid Waste
Removal Only; or Both. The contract term will be for two (2) years, with the
option to renew for three (3) additional 12-month periods.

Scope of Bid
Provide on an ?as needed? basis, trophies, plaques, hats, resin
figures, medal trophy display cases, tombstone trophies and acrylics, t-shirts
and golf shirts. The contract term will be for two (2) years, with the option
to renew for three (3) additional 12-month periods.

1. Bradley Circle Slope Failure Repairs ? RFB No. 18-0032
Scope of Bid
The Project involves the reconstruction of a failed earthen slope between the
Riverwalk and Bradley Circle. Included in the reconstruction are the removal
and disposal of the existing damaged site improvements and the construction of
new pavement on both the Riverwalk and Bradley Circle, new metal fencing along
the Riverwalk, new retaining wall construction and repairs along with new curb
and gutter and storm drainage upgrades on Bradley Circle. Upon reestablish of
the earthen embankment, vegetative cover will be installed to further stabilize
the slope against the possibility of any future failure.
