NEW REZONING CASES:
ZC0706-1: A request to rezone 0.57 acres located at 1021 Oakview Avenue. The
current zoning is RO (Residential / Office) zoning district. The proposed
zoning is SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district. The property
will be used as residential. Edward Manderson is the applicant.
ZC0706-2: A request to rezone 0.78 acres located at 1716 3rd Avenue. The
current zoning is GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The proposed zoning
is LMI (Light Manufacturing Industrial) zoning district. The property will be
used for a cabinet shop. Will Burgin is the applicant.
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS:
2. SEU0704-1: Southeast Towers, LLC has submitted a request for a Special
Exception Use for
property located at 2207 Cusseta Road to construct a wireless communication
facility. The
property is zoned GC (General Commercial) district.
SEU0705-1: Allen Kamensky has submitted a request for a Special Exception Use
for property
located at 7401 Fulton Road to establish a family cemetery. The property is
zoned RE1
(Residential Estate 1) zoning district.
