A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ERECT A WIRELESS
COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY (MONOPOLE) FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1435 DOUBLE CHURCHES ROAD.
WHEREAS, Municipal Communications, LLC/Robert S. Poydasheff have appropriately
applied for a Special Exception Use, to erect a 150-foot wireless
communications facility (monopole) for wireless communications service on the
property described above; and,
WHEREAS, new wireless communication facilities are permitted solely as a
Special Exception Use under the current NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning
district; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
? That all the criteria of Section 3.2.72 of the Unified Development Ordinance
has been properly met and a Special Exception Use to erect a 150-foot monopole
for wireless communication facility (monopole) is granted for the property
located at 1435 Double Churches Road

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia,
held the 3rd day of December, 2013, and adopted at said meeting by the
affirmative vote of _____ members of said Council.
