CALL TO ORDER
AGENDA AND DISCUSSIONS
? There was discussion on the Working Spouse Ordinance passed by Council on
September 23, 2014. The ordinance will be implemented during open enrollment
with an effective date of January 1, 2015. The Working Spouse policy is one
step closer to saving money and making the health plan more solvent.
? There was discussion on Annual Open Enrollment. Annual Open Enrollment will
include the new Spousal Coverage Affidavit. The affidavit would eliminate the
current Spousal Surcharge waiver. There was also discussion on the dates and
locations for open enrollment sessions.
? There being no further business, a motion was made to adjourn.
