Please find attached a copy of Resolution #138-05 which authorized the transfer
of 4.2 +/- acres of CDBG property to Enrichment Services, Inc. At the time of
the approval, the property was not transferred to Enrichment Service, Inc.
They approached the City and ask for the transaction to be completed.
This memo is to inform you that the Department of Community Reinvestment is
proceeding with the transfer of this property to Enrichment Services, Inc.
