Called Meeting Minutes
February 24, 2015
A called meeting of the Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC), was held
at the Columbus Consolidated Government, Annex Building, in the Annex
Conference Room, 420 10th Street, on February 24, 2015.
Members Present: Jack Hayes, Gladys Ford, Kim Jenkins, Olive Vidal-Kendall,
Colin Martin
Members Absent: Adrian Chester, Clementine Cochran, Gloria Enfinger, Christy
Lemieux, Charles H. McDaniel, Tremaine ?Teddy? Reese, Zaki Shahid, Carla Thomas
Also Present: David Arrington, Denise McWhorter
CALL TO ORDER
Deputy City Manager David Arrington called the meeting to order. There was not
a quorum present, so no official business was conducted.
David Arrington discussed the funding for the Fiscal Year 2016 applicants and
explained the criteria for scoring each organization that applies.
CDAC Member Kim Jenkins, recommended that we add a column to the scoring
worksheet to reflect each organizations average score. In that way, we would
have Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC) agreement on why some
organizations are not recommended for funding.
Because there was no quorum, no other items were discussed.
The next meeting of the Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC) will be a
regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2015.
A meeting notice will be sent well in advance of the March 17th meeting.

The meeting was adjourned by David Arrington at 3:15 p.m.
