WHEREAS, Mr. Carmelo Benvenuto, Corrections Officer of the Muscogee County
Sheriff?s Department, retired on March 1, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mr. Benvenuto has been with Muscogee County Sheriff?s Department since
March 6, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MR. CARMELO BENVENUTO
who has served with the Muscogee County Sheriff?s Department for over 9 years.
We wish him happiness and contentment in his retirement.

WHEREAS, Deputy Sergeant Henry C. Edwards, Jr., of the Muscogee County
Sheriff?s Department, retired on March 1, 2010;
WHEREAS, Deputy Sergeant Edwards has been with Muscogee County Sheriff?s
Department since August 8, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
DEPUTY SERGEANT HENRY C. EDWARDS, JR.
