CITY MANAGER'S AGENDA

I. WILLIAMS ROAD LIMITED ACCESS BREAK:
Approval is requested authorizing breaks in the Limited Access
right-of-way of Williams Road between Fortson Road and Veterans Parkway for the
purpose of allowing additional driveway access to Williams Road.
II. SHERIFF'S OFFICE M.O.U. WITH US MARSHALS SERVICE:
Approval is requested for the Sheriff's Office to enter into a MOU with
the US Marshals Service to receive $4,899 in funding, or as otherwise awarded,
with no local match required, for the purchase of office supplies, one laptop
computer, and 15 patrol body cameras, for the use in the Georgia-Alabama Line
Operation in conjunction with the USMS, and to amend the Multi-Governmental
Fund by the amount of the award.
III. FY17 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT:
Approval is requested to submit an application and accept, if awarded,
an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance (JAG) grant for the Federal Fiscal
Year 2017 solicitation in the amount of $95,107, or as otherwise awarded, with
no local match requirement, to be used for eligible projects as defined in the
grant, and to amend the Multi-Governmental Fund by the amount of the award.
IV. SIGNAL AT MACON ROAD AND CITIZENS WAY:
Approval is requested to submit an application to Georgia Department of
Transportation (GDOT) for installation of a signal and other improvements to
provide proper accommodations for pedestrian crossings and improve vehicular
left turn movement at the intersection of Macon Road (SR22) and Citizens Way.
V. UNIFIED CERTIFICATION PROGRAM UPDATE FOR DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE
PROGRAM:
Approval is requested to update the Memorandum of Understanding with
Georgia Department of Transportation for the Unified Certification Program,
which is an element of the City's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program for
FTA and FHWA Contracts.

B. Vehicle Wrap Graphics for WIOA Mobile Career Unit
C. Special Operations Equipment
