O R D I N A N C E S:



(1) 1st Reading -An ordinance amending Section 2-68 of the Columbus Code

by providing that before an audit report is submitted to the Mayor and Columbus

Council, the City Manager, department head or elected official involved shall

file a written response with the Internal Auditor/Compliance Officer within ten

(10) days of receipt of the report; and for other purposes. (Mayor Pro-Tem)

(2) 2nd Reading (REZN 4-10-3976) ? Text amendments to the Unified Development

Ordinance regarding existing buildings greater than 5,000 square-foot under

roof in the NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. (20-A-10-Planning

Department) (Councilor Henderson) The Planning Advisory Commission and the

Planning Department recommend approval. (APPROVED)



(3) 2nd Reading (REZN 4-10-3841) ? Property located at 219 26th Street is

proposed for rezoning from RMF2 (Residential Multi Family 2) zoning district to

GC (General Commercial) zoning district. (19-CA-10-Price) (Councilor

Henderson) The proposed use is for a parking lot. The Planning Advisory

Commission recommends denial and the Planning Department recommends conditional

approval. (DEFEATED)



(4) 2nd Reading ? An Ordinance regulating vehicular traffic in Columbus,

Georgia by repealing a No Parking Anytime Ordinance No. 07-63; enacting one new

No Parking Anytime Zone along Phillips Street and two new No Parking Anytime

Zones along Commerce Street; and for other purposes. (Councilor Hunter)

R E S O L U T I O N S:





(5) (EXCP 4-10-3975) ? Properties located at 2314, 2328 and 2334 Wynnton Road

are proposed for a special exception to allow uses within the buildings on the

aforementioned properties to exceed the use size limit of 5,000 square feet in

a NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. The Planning Advisory

Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. (APPROVED)
