A RESOLUTION
A Resolution authorizing acceptance of a right-of-way deed for a portion
of Trask Drive.
WHEREAS, the public has used a portion of right-of-way known as ?Extension of
Trask Drive? for a period in excess of seven years;
WHEREAS, adjacent landowner Valley Healthcare Systems, Inc. has quitclaimed
said ?Extension of Trask Drive? to Columbus, Georgia;
WHEREAS, this Council desire to accept said ?Extension of Trask Drive? as
public right-of-way to Columbus, Georgia.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby accept the ?Extension of Trask Drive? in the attached right-of-way
deed from Valley Healthcare Systems, Inc. as a public right-of-way in Columbus,
Georgia. The Clerk of Council is authorized to record and file said
right-of-way deed.

22nd day of November, 2011, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote
