143 Ticknor Drive
The property at 143 Ticknor Drive, formally closed last Friday, and the Land
Bank Authority owns the property free and clear.
Board Member Carson Cummings talked with Frank Turman regarding purchasing the
property and he has an interest, however, is only willing to offer $16,000.00.

unanimously.
