ORDINANCES:
(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-07-17-1529: An ordinance rezoning 3931, 3937 and 4003
Joyce Street (parcel numbers 080-001-026, 080-001-009 and 080-001-010) from
SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) zoning district to SFR2 (Single Family
Residential 2) zoning district. The proposed use is single family
residential. The Planning Advisory Commission and Planning Department
recommend approval. (Councilor Allen)
(2) 2nd Reading - An ordinance amending Chapter 20 of the Columbus Code to make
parking fines and penalty provisions consistent; and for other purposes.

(3) 2nd Reading - An ordinance amending Columbus Code Section 16B-15-6 (b)(2)
to provide that the definition of an employee?s family for sick leave purposes
shall be expanded to include an employee?s grandparents, grandchildren or any
person identified as a dependent on the employee?s most recent tax return; and

RESOLUTIONS:
(4) A resolution authorizing Sunday sales of alcohol at all on-premise
locations within Columbus on Sunday, December 31, 2017. (Councilor Baker)
