requirement in order to plat two landlocked lots at 7701 Chattsworth Road. (The

Planning Department recommends approval.)



(3) Application submitted by Dr. Edwin Cooper to temporarily close Leonard

Street between Forest Avenue & Wildwood Avenue on Sunday, October 15, 2006 from

1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., in connection with the ?Family Fall Festival?. (The

Police Department recommends approval.)



(4) Application submitted by John Holt to temporarily close Park Drive from

(a) Petition submitted by Melonise Reese to rezone approximately 0.27 acre of

(Neighborhood Commercial). (Recommended for approval by both the Planning

(b) Petition submitted by W. C. Bradley Company to rezone approximately 0.87

total acre of property located at 800 - 821 8th Street and part of 800 8th

Avenue from LMI (Light Manufacturing/Industrial) to GC (General Commercial).

(Recommended for approval by both the Planning Advisory Commission and the

(c) Petition submitted by Columbus Area Habitat for Humanity to rezone

approximately 0.31 total acre of property located at 2515 3rd Avenue and 212 -

218 26th Street from RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) to SFR4 (Single Family

Residential 4). (Recommended for approval by both the Planning Advisory

Commission and the Planning Department.) (66-A-06-Columbus Area Habitat for

(d) Petition submitted by John Ford to rezone approximately 5.0 acres of

property located at 4000 Wooldridge Road from RE1 (Residential-Estate 1) to LMI

(Light Manufacturing/Industrial). (Recommended for conditional approval by

both the Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department.)
