TO THE CITY ATTORNEY:



DRAINAGE PLANS:



Have the staff to check the legality of requiring protective devises, such

as; French drains to be installed on lots. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)



Also, do some research to determine if a developer submits all of the

required engineering permits and are held responsible for adhering to storm

water runoff and water mitigation plan, when does the developers responsibility

end when he sells the lot. (Request of Councilor Henderson)



Have the staff to research if something regarding the drainage could be

conveyed in the warranty deed from the developer to subsequent individual

builders within a subdivision that as part of the warranty deed, that they

accept it with the understanding that they will not alter the original drainage

plan. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)

RESOLUTION:



Let?s prepare a resolution congratulating Mr. Mack Strong for being

selected to the pro-bowl, as well as, listing his many other accomplishments.

Let?s prepare a resolution expressing condolences to the family of Mack

the Mechanic who passed away on last week. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

HOLLAND DRIVE:



Have the staff to visit the Holland Drive neighborhood to determine if

there are any springs in the area. (Request of Councilor Allen)

Have the staff to provide topography maps that show the lay of the land,

creeks, streams or lakes that may appear on that land so the Council can get a

clearer picture of the rezoning request. (Request of Councilor Allen)

WHITESVILLE ROAD:



Have the staff check into the reason why there are barrels lining the

narrow roadway heading north on Whitesville Road past Williams Road;

especially, during the night hours. (Request of Councilor Henderson)
