(1) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 6802 Aldora Drive is proposed

for rezoning from SFR2 (Single Residential 2) District to SFR3 (Single Family

Residential 3) District. (68-A-06-Horace Senior Construction Company)

(Councilor McDaniel) (The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning

Division recommends approval)



(2) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 8121-1 Old Pope Road is proposed

for rezoning from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) District to SFR2 (Single Family

Residential 2) District. (70-CA-06-Erickson) (Councilor McDaniel) (The Planning

Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning Division recommends

conditional approval)



(3) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 8271 & 8201 Midland Road and

8111, 8091 and 8101 Old Pope Road is proposed for rezoning from RE1

(Residential Estate 1) District to SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Districts

with conditions to RE1 (Residential Estate 1) and SFR2 (Single Family

Residential 2) Districts with amended conditions. (69-CA-06-Erickson)

(4) 1st Reading - An ordinance providing for the demolition of structures

located at:

(1) 4100 Cusseta Road, Buildings 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16 & 20 (Kitty E.

MacClachlan, owner) and for demolition services for the Inspections and Code

Division in accordance with the attached Tabulation of Bid sheet. (Councilor

(5) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Anthony S. Culberson upon his retirement

with the Columbus Police Department, after 32 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem

Rodgers)



(6) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Gerald Hall, Sr. upon his retirement with

the Columbus Water Works, after 40 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)



(7) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Willie F. Mathis upon his retirement with

the METRA Transit System, after 17 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)



(8) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Michael L. Milam upon his retirement with

the Columbus Fire/EMS, after 29 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)



(9) Expressing appreciation to Mr. David Michael Ray upon his retirement with

the Columbus Fire/EMS, after 34 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)



(10) Expressing appreciation to Mrs. Gloria A. Simpson upon her retirement with

the Columbus Police Department, after 33 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem

(11) Expressing appreciation to Mr. James Warren upon his retirement with the

(12) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Bennett R. Watson upon his retirement with
