II. GEORGIA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY - FY2009 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT
PROGRAM:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved, accept a
grant in the amount of $7,438 from the Georgia Emergency Management Agency for
the Department of Homeland Security Fiscal Year 2009 Homeland Security Grant
Program/State Homeland Security Program to provide supplies and equipment to

III. GEORGIA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY - 2011 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved,
accept $1,394,028 in grant funds from the Georgia Emergency Management
Agency/Homeland Security for 2011 Homeland Security to improve the 800 MHz
Regional Radio System Tower site and to expand the Whitesville/Highway 103

IV. MARSHAL MOVERS CONTRACT - CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL GRANT:
Authorization is requested to enter into a contract with Marshal Movers for
$38,893 to provide a crime prevention program for approximately one hundred
(100), 6th, 7th and 8th graders at Marshall Junior High School. Program will
be funded out of the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council grant. An

V. 2010 ASSISTANCE TO FIREFIGHTERS GRANT PROGRAM:
Authorization is requested to submit an application, and if approved, accept a
grant in the amount of $120,000 from the 2010 Assistance to Firefighters Grant
Program (Fire Prevention and Safety Grant) to purchase specialized smoke alarms
for deaf and hearing impaired, low -income citizens . An agenda report and

The Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is requesting proposals from
qualified vendors to provide at least one (1) Mobile Career Resource Assessment
Unit with the option to purchase additional Mobile Career Resource Assessment
Unit(s) within 12 months following award of the contract. Mobile Career
Resource Assessment Unit shall meet the requirements of the Sections II through
III. The cost proposal of the successful vendor shall remain in effect for 1
year following the issuance of the contract.

Provide all labor, equipment and materials to install a new SBS modified
bitumen roof system at the Muscogee County Prison, which is located at 7175

must be submitted prior to or at the March 2, 2011 mandatory pre-bid
conference/site visit.
