An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 1660, 1664, 1702, 1708, 1712, and 1716 Elvan Avenue from SFR3
(Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family
1) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property of the following
described property from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District to
RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District:
All those lots, tracts, or parcels of land situate, lying and being in
Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as Parts of
Lots 9,10,11,12,13,14, and 15, of that certain Subdivision of land known as
ESQUILINE VALLEY, as shown by a map or plat thereof made by E.B Respass, Civil
Engineer, on June 8, 1938, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Plat Book 1, Page 58, to which
reference is made for a more particular location and description of said
tracts.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
27th day of September, 2011; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the day of , 2011 and adopted at said
meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
