AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 4328 Buena Vista Road and 930 Reynolds Road from NC (Neighborhood
Commercial) zoning district to GC (General Commercial) zoning district.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from NC
(Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district to GC (General Commercial) zoning
district:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in land lot 131
of the Coweta Reserve Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia more particularly
described as all of lots 2 and 3 of the Massey Place Subdivision as shown on
that certain map or plat entitled ?Massey Place Subdivision for Walker R.
Flournoy? dated September 4, 1939, prepared by T.L. Moss, Jr. and recorded in
Plat Book 1 Page 1332 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Georgia.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 14th day of December, 2010; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of , 2010 and
adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said
Council.
