I. PATH FOUNDATION MASTER AGREEMENT:
Approval is requested to approve the master agreement with PATH
Foundation, Inc. that provides opportunities to expand the trail system thru a
public/private partnership with no funding requirements.
II. JUVENILE JUSTICE DELINQUENCY PREVENTION AND TREATMENT PROGRAM GRANT:
Approval to submit an application, and if approved, accept a grant from
the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council up to $100,000 with no local match,
to provide increased accountability of juvenile offenders by providing evidence
based prevention and treatment models for at risk youths in the initial stages
of justice system involvement.

Scope of Bid
Provide various types of oil & lubricants on an ?as needed? basis to the
Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) to be utilized by METRA Transit
Department and Public Works Department. The initial term of this contract
shall be for three years, with the option to renew for two additional
twelve-month periods.
2. Pursuit Vehicles ? RFB No. 16-0005
Scope of Bid
The Columbus Consolidated Government wishes to purchase twenty-five (25)
pursuit vehicles. Twenty-four (24) vehicles will be used by staff of the
Columbus Police Department. One (1) vehicle will be used by the Muscogee
County Prison.

1. 5-Year Consolidated Plan, 1st Year Annual Action Plan and Analysis of
Impediments to Fair Housing ? RFP No. 16-0002
Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government is requesting proposals for consulting
services for the preparation of its 5-year Consolidated Plan, 1st Year Annual
Action Plan and its Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI) documents. The
selected firm will develop and carry out the process for completing a 5-year
Consolidated Plan for a successful submission to HUD.
