Subject Auditor's Management Letter
Description Once the Administration has received the Management letter from the
Auditors, Let?s have the auditors or the Administration send the members of
Council an email or some type of notification that the report has been
submitted; therefore, the Council would have the opportunity to come and review
it. (Request of Councilor Baker)
Have the staff to provide a semi-annual review of the Management Action Plans
to give updates on where we are with corrective measures. (Request of
Councilor Anthony)

Response 02/01/07 In the future, I will notify council when I receive the
Management letter from the auditors and have it available for their review. I
will also provide an update to council on the status of the implementation of
the correction action regarding issues outlined in the Management letter.
