An Ordinance amending a condition in Ordinance #02-47 that amended certain
boundaries of a district located at 4131, 4137, 4143, 4149, 4153, and 4201 St.
Francis Avenue (now part of 2122 Manchester Expressway). The purpose of this
amendment is to delete Condition number 2.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
Ordinance Number 02-47 is hereby amended by deleting Condition number 2:
2. No access shall be permitted to St. Francis Avenue.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 26th day of July, 2011; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of ___________, 2011 and adopted
at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
