INTERNAL AUDITOR?S POSITION:
Have the staff to provide a written opinion as to how the Charter speaks
to the Internal Auditor?s position. (Request of Councilor Allen)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
PAY ADJUSTMENT CONSIDERATIONS:
Have the staff to put on the list for the mid-year budget adjustments,
some type of pay increase for retired city employees. (Request of Councilor
Allen)
Have the staff to also look at considering a fourth step for longevity in
the pay plan during the mid-year budget adjustments. (Request of Councilor
Allen)
Have the staff to make sure that they have someone to talk with the
membership of the Retired City Employees Association and find out who they
asked questions to regarding the budget and a proposed pay increase and didn?t
get their questions answered. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING:
Have the staff to prepare a presentation on the $600,000 planning grant
that we have allocated in the budget to the Council at it?s next Work Session.
