Authorization is requested to declare 0.149 +/- acres at 1991 Cusseta

Road, corner of Cusseta Road and 20th Avenue, as surplus and transfer said

property by Quit Claim Deed to the adjacent property owner, Grant Chapel AME

II. U. S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT - ADULT

DRUG COURT:

Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved accept

$350,000 in grant funds from the U. S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice

Assistance and a 25% local match of 116,667 for a total of $466,667 in funding

over a three year period to operate an Adult Drug Court in Muscogee County. An

III. TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY -- PAWN SHOP AT 1330 VICTORY DRIVE.



Authorization is requested for the issuance of a Temporary Certificate of

Occupancy for a Pawn Shop at 1330 Victory Drive not to exceed 120 days. An

Scope of Bid

Provide preventive maintenance and/or repair service for security locking

systems at the Muscogee County Jail. The contract period will be for three (3)

years with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve-month periods.



3. Roof Replacement at Fire Station 6 and Roof Repairs at Fleet Warehouse ? RFB

Scope of Bid

Provide all labor, equipment and materials to install new modified bituminous

membrane roofing systems at Fire Station #6 (1126 Brown Avenue) and roof

repairs at Auto Fleet Warehouse (1011 Cusseta Road). Written requests for

approval of any materials submitted on this project as "Equals or Substitutes"

for the specified material must be submitted prior to or at the mandatory

pre-bid conference/site visit.

Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is soliciting competitive sealed

proposals from experienced, qualified firms to provide all necessary services

to take up, remove and dispose of (including salvage and sale) railroad track

materials located on and to restore land owned by the City of Columbus. This

land is located on the rail line and associated real property known as the

northern segment of the Norfolk Southern Railroad (N.S.).
