An Ordinance striking Section 3-5(d) of the Columbus Code pertaining to
alcoholic beverages.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 3-5(d) of the Columbus Code is hereby amended to repeal
subsection (d) to read as follows:
?(d) It shall be unlawful to issue an on-premises alcoholic beverage
license in the categories of bar pub, night club, or adult oriented
entertainment establishment within 600 feet of a location already holding or
which has held within the past 12 months a valid on-premises alcoholic beverage
license for any one of those same three categories.?
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
