An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 7590 Moon Road from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District to
RMF2 (Residential Multi Family 2) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from SFR1 (Single
Family Residential 1) District to RMF2 (Residential Multi Family 2) District:
All that lot, tract and parcel of land situated, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia being Part of Land Lot 21 of the 8th Land District of
said county, being that certain 3.14 acre tract denominated ?Parcel 1? upon a
plat recorded in Plat Book 105, Folio 71, in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
24th day of November, 2009; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
