AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY
ESTABLISHING A TWO (2) HOUR TIME LIMIT FOR HANDICAP PARKING SPACES ON THE
GROUND FLOOR OF THE CITY SERVICES CENTER PARKING GARAGE LOCATED AT 1601 MIDTOWN
DRIVE; AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
INDICATING THESE PARKING RESTRICTIONS; REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
That is shall be unlawful to park any vehicle continuously for a time
limit exceeding two (2) hours in any of the Handicap Parking Spaces on the
ground floor of the City Services Center Parking Garage located at 1601 Midtown
Drive.
SECTION II.
The official traffic control signs shall be installed indicating the
?Two (2) hour time limits? for the Handicap parking spaces described here
within Section I.
SECTION III.
All ordinances and parts of any ordinance in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia,
held on the day of 2014; introduced a
second time at a regular meeting of said Council held on the day
of 2014, and adopted at said meeting by
the affirmative vote of members of Council.
