Received follow-up call from Mr. Champion to confirm ramp had been built for
Mr. Thompson through the Housing Authority.
Follow-up with Tony Floyd; He sent application for handicap placard for Mr. Nix.
Received call from Wanda Harding with a complaint on Women?s Dress Tree at 1035
Broadway. Ms. Harding requested information on placing a formal complaint and
more information on ADA regulations.
706-662-7019 Gave Ms. Harding information on ADA requirements on older
facilities meeting guidelines. Also, that I would perform a follow-up. Forwarded
information request to Committee members. Called Ms. Harding to relay
follow-up from Committee.
Received call from Rebecca Huggins requesting information on obtaining/applying

Huggmenow1@bellsouth.net Forwarded Ms. Huggins resource assistance contacts and
website links to get more information on how to apply and procedures to follow,
as well as suggestions to obtain legal representation for appeals and
assistance.
Received call from Clarence Williams (Case Worker) 478-751-2775 with agency in
Macon, GA. Inquired for information for a ramp for his client, Mr. Neil living
in Columbus, GA. 706-315-4418. Will forward information to CATOC committee to had to project
list.
