An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 500 Fulton Avenue from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District to GC
(General Commercial) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the
same is hereby amended by changing the following described property from NC
(Neighborhood Commercial) District to GC (General Commercial) District:
All that tract and parcel of land situate lying and being In the State of
Georgia County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and designated
as Part of Lot Numbered ONE (1), In Block Lettered "0", of WYNNTON PARK SUB?
DIVISION, a revised map or plat of said Subdivision being recorded In Plat Book
1. 277 and 278, In the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee
County, Georgia, and the property hereby conveyed being shown on that certain
map or plat made by Moon, Meeks eft Patrick, Inc., dated February 20, 1980, and
recorded In Plat Book 73, folio 46, In. the office of the aforementioned Clerk;
au as shown in that certain Warranty Deed from Fuller E.' Heard to Fast Auto
Electric, (rac., dated February 26, 1980. and recorded in Deed Book 1918, Page
248, afore?said records, incorporated herein by reference for a more particular
description of said property. Located thereon is building #500 Fulton Avenue,
according to the present numbering of buildings in Columbus, Georgia.
