HOTEL/MOTEL USAGE STUDY:
Provide a copy of the second report conducted by Columbus State University
with regards to the hotel/motel usage data. (Request of Councilor Thomas)
Have the staff meet with Columbus State University representatives to
provide a breakdown on how they came up with the figure $7.4 million in loss
revenue. (Request of Councilor Allen)
Let?s have staff to clarify with Dr. Tim Mescom to see if he thinks this
is a Columbus State University study. Also, let?s contact the head of the
department from which this study came from to determine if in fact this report
is a Columbus State University study. (Request of Mayor Tomlinson)

BID ADVERTISEMENT:
Have the staff to check to see why the bid specification for vehicle
purchases in the bid advertisement is asking just for the Chevrolet model
vehicles. (Request of Councilor McDaniel)

Have the staff to provide a list of areas within the ice rink that could
be named in honor of William Robinson. (Request of Councilor Thomas)
