WHEREAS, Mrs. Harrell ?JoAnn? McLeod, former employee with the Elections &
Registration Department, died on February 22, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mrs. McLeod retired on January 1, 2000 after serving over 8 years with
the Elections & Registration Department.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby convey to the family of Mrs. McLeod our sincere condolences and
deepest sympathy. Mrs. McLeod was an outstanding employee with the Elections &
Registration Department and she will be missed by all who knew her.
