CONSENT AGENDA:
1. A resolution authorizing the City Attorney and the Finance Director to make
payment of $65,000 to settle all damage claims of Michael Prange stemming from
a motor vehicle accident, which occurred on May 13, 2015, in exchange for a
full release.
2. A resolution authorizing the City Manager to acquire the property located at
412 9th Street for an estimated amount of $36,721.89 for the continued
redevelopment of the Liberty District.
3. A resolution authorizing, approving and ratifying the execution of a grant
agreement by and among United States of America, acting through the Federal
Aviation Administration, the Columbus Airport Commission and Columbus, Georgia,
a Consolidated Government.
