AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 4023, 4035, 4101, and 4113 Anglin Road; 3556 Valley Drive; and north
portion of 3705 Claymore Road from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Zoning
District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the aforementioned properties from SFR2 (Single
Family Residential 2) Zoning District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1)
Zoning District:
Part Lot 13, Samuel Rodgers Survey and Part of Lots 10, 12, 13 and 14,
Schoolfield and Part of Land Lot 28, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,
Georgia, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pin at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way
line of Claymore Road with the westerly right-of-way line of Anglin Road and
run thence north 07 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds west along the westerly
right-of-way line of Anglin Road a distance of 137.56 feet to an iron pin at
the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run north 88 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds west
a distance of 110.95 feet to an iron pin; thence run south 00 degrees 40
minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 8.90 feet to an iron pin; thence run
south 87 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds west a distance of 198.40 feet to an
iron pin; thence run north 00 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds west a distance of
120.15 feet to an iron pin; thence run north 00 degrees 19 minutes 03 seconds
west a distance of 31.01 feet to an iron pin; thence run north 88 degrees 30
minutes 22 seconds west a distance of 99.95 feet to an iron pin; thence run
south 00 degrees 15 minutes 59 seconds east a distance of 150.07 feet to an

511.80 feet to an iron pin on the westerly right-of-way line of Anglin Road;
thence run along the westerly right-of-way line of Anglin Road south 07 degrees
44 minutes 32 seconds east a distance of 160.01 feet to an iron pin; thence
continue along the westerly right-of-way line of Anglin Road south 07 degrees
54 minutes 21 seconds east a distance of 29.97 feet to an iron pin; thence
continue along the westerly right-of-way line of Anglin Road south 07 degrees
33 minutes 39 seconds east a distance of 100.32 feet to an iron pin at the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
