I. BOOKER T. WASHINGTON REVITALIZATION - LOW INCOME TAX CREDITS:
Authorization is requested of a resolution endorsing the application of the
Housing Authority of Columbus/Columbia Residential Partnership to the Georgia
Department of Community Affairs for Low-Income Tax Credits to construct Phase 2
- a multi-family community on the north side of current Booker T. Washington

II. GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY (GOHS) GRANT:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved, accept a
GOHS grant for up to $8,000 (with no local match) from the Governor's Office of
Highway Safety for the acquisition of one Intoxilyzer 9000 breath alcohol
testing instrument for the Muscogee County Jail. An agenda report and

III. RETIRED SENIORS VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (RSVP) 2014-2015 GRANT:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved, accept
$26,043 in grant funds from the Corporation for National and Community Services
to operate the RSVP Program for 2014-2015. An agenda report and resolution are

IV. GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - HIGH PRIORITY PROJECT (HPP) FUNDING
FOR CONSTRUCTION RESTROOMS ON THE RIVERWALK: -- (delayed from 3/11/14 mtg.)
Authorization is requested to enter into an agreement with the Georgia
Department of Transportation to accept a High Priority Project (HPP) grant for
$195,088.80 with a 20% local match of $48,772.80 for total grant amount of
$243,861.60 for construction of restrooms on the River Walk under the Martin
