I. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? BOBY DRIVE, BOBY COURT AND ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG
SCHATULGA ROAD:
Authorization is requested to accept a deed to Boby Drive, that portion of Boby
Court and Additional Right-of-Way containing 0.245 Acres that runs parallel
along Schatulga Road located in Fifth Addition, Sun Hill. The Department of
Engineering has inspected these streets and recommends the acceptance. An
agenda report, map and resolution are attached.
II. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? BRUNJES LANE AND BLOIS COURT:
Authorization is requested to accept a deed to Brunjes Lane and Blois Court
located in Billings Walk. The Department of Engineering has inspected these
streets and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are
attached.
III. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? CONVERSE DRIVE:
Authorization is requested to accept a deed to Converse Drive located in
Addition to Section Five, Dawson Estates. The Department of Engineering has
inspected this street and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and
resolution are attached.
IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? ORCHARD LAKES WAY, ORCHARD VALLEY LANE AND EAST LAKE
DRIVE:
Authorization is requested to accept a deed to Orchard Lakes Way, Orchard
Valley Lane and that portion of East Lake Drive located in Orchard Phase Ten,
Garrett Creek. The Department of Engineering has inspected these streets and
recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.
V. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? SILVER LAKE DRIVE, SILVER LAKE COURT AND RED MAPLE WAY
Authorization is requested to accept a deed to Silver Lake Drive, Silver Lake
Court and Red Maple Way located in Silver Lake. The Department of Engineering
has inspected these streets and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report,
map and resolution are attached.

VI. ENCROACHMENT ON RIGHT-OF-WAY:
Authorization is requested to issue a permit to Columbus State University for
an encroachment into the right-of-way for two electric transformers on south
side of 10th Street that service the Columbus State University Theatre Art
Dance Building. An agenda report, maps and resolution are attached.

Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is requesting pool floor repair
services for Rigdon Park Pool. The work includes repairing approximately 280
linear feet of cracks in the pool shell. All work must be completed by May 15,

Provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment and services required for tree
trimming and removal services on an ?as needed basis? for Columbus Consolidated
Government, Urban Forestry and Beautification Division. Contract term shall be
for two years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month
periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the
City and the Contractor.

Provide seven (7) dry suits to Columbus Fire and Emergency Medical Services.
The Public Safety SCUBA Divers will use the dry suits to rescue/recover victims
from contaminated waters.

Provide four (4) five-foot rotary cutters to be used by the Park Services
Division of the Parks and Recreation Department.
