APPLICATION
Request to amend the text of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to amend
typos and minor errors in various Chapters. The amendments deal with single
family dwellings in the UPT (Uptown) District; temporary and seasonal events;
and maintenance of private detention ponds.
PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT
PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission considered this text amendment at their
meeting on September 2, 2009. The Planning Advisory Commission recommended
approval.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Department recommends approval.
