WHEREAS, Mr. John J. Brooks, Police Corporal with the Columbus Police
Department/Field Operations, retired on May 1, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mr. Brooks has been with the Columbus Police Department/Field
Operations since August 8, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MR. JOHN J. BROOKS
who has served with the Columbus Police Department/Field Operations for 28
